NHS Hypocrisy over Herceptin

While the NHS slips into billions of debt, women suffering from breast cancer can still get Herceptin treatment, which leaves me questioning what about all the men dying from prostate cancer? Oh I forgot its more tragic if women die from cancer than men. Even though the death figures are reliatively equal, Prostate cancer doesn't get neraly as much media coverage as Breast cancer.
