Prisions, Paedophiles and Penguins

Apparantly because prisions are near to being full someone might just want to build a new one.

Dr Reid shouts at Judge for sentencing a Paedophile for 5 years, the Judge shouts back that it is due to Labour legistation, the Labour party promptly blaims it all on the Conservatives... did I miss something there.

Given 90% of child molesting occurs in the home isn't this a massive case of witch hunt?
