Justice System Stupidity

The controversy surrounding the Justice System failures continues to grow.

Criminals rights take a higher presdence than that of the general public's safety as well as those who are victims of crime.

This is highlighted by recent murders and rapes commited by criminals who should have been behind bars or indeed deported, but had punishment reduced.

The Governement has proposed new measures to counter this and allow victims of crime to have a greater say. However this appears to be more of a headline grabbing activity than an actual overhaul of the Justice System, which remains in deep stupidity.
